Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email that you wish to cancel your purchase.

Return Conditions
Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, the following conditions apply to dietary supplements:

The product must be unused and unopened.

The original packaging must remain sealed.

The product must be returned in the same condition as received.
If the packaging has been opened or the seal has been broken, the product cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Return Process
If you wish to return a product:

After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the item.

The product must be returned securely packaged.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process your refund.
The refund will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned item or documentation that the item has been sent.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Shipping costs from the original order are not refunded, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
