Shipping policy

At DAILY5, we aim to deliver your order quickly, securely, and transparently.

Delivery Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.

The estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days, depending on the selected shipping method and delivery address.

During periods of high demand, promotions, or public holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer. Any delays will be communicated as soon as possible.

Shipping

We deliver throughout Denmark using trusted shipping carriers.

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

Free shipping may be offered for orders above a certain minimum amount. Any such offers will be clearly stated on the webshop.

Delivery Address

Orders will be delivered to the address provided during checkout.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery information is accurate and complete.

DAILY5 cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.

Delayed Delivery

If your order is significantly delayed, you will be contacted as soon as possible with information regarding the updated estimated delivery time.

In accordance with Danish consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your purchase if the delivery does not occur within a reasonable time after the agreed delivery date.
